We guarantee our products unconditionally. All requests for returns should be directed to Educational Outfitters Customer Service within 30 days of receipt. In order to receive a refund, all returns must be authorized by Customer Service in advance and must be received within 45 days of the purchase date. Refunds will not include shipping and handling fees. You should expect to receive your refund within 4–8 weeks of the return shipment’s postdate. If your return request includes a credit to your credit card, please allow 1–2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
All returns must be marked with a Return Authorization Number. Please contact Customer Service for your Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to return your order.
All special offer sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for products in this category.
Printable and book purchases are nonrefundable.
